Confluential Leadership now offers an intensive Confluential Leadership course for Executives. Participants are offered the opportunity to research key questions that arise through their work lives, in order to unleash their potential. Blockages to success can frequently be overcome through guided research into topics chosen by participants. The Executive Intensive: Confluential Leadership through Research blends the unique concepts of Confluential Leadership and the academic rigour of research.
Special courses are available to executive teams. Over six months executives are exposed to the most up-to-date leadership thinking while working on their personally chosen research topic. Through the programme participants align personal and work goals, and the result is often beneficial to the company or organisation and to the life and work of the participants.
